Costa del Sol El Salvador Extraordinary Sunsets
What I particularly love about Costa del Sol El Salvador is the amazing sunrises and sunsets.
Here you will see some of the most stunning sunsets and beautiful sunrises along El Salvador’s coastline. Here is a picture of a sunset in Costa del Sol El Salvador - pretty amazing isn't it! When we come to Costa del Sol, we always try to stay until sunset - if we are not staying overnight. I remember when we lived in El Salvador and would go to Costa del Sol for a few days, it became like a ritual to us – sitting on the moist, warm sandy beach just watching the sun set for the day, what a beautiful sight! Costa del Sol El Salvador has miles and miles of pretty much untouched sandy beaches, so especially on weekdays, you are able to walk and walk for hours and see relatively few people around. WHAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE BEACH IN EL SALVADOR? TELL US OR ASK US A QUESTION...
Kind of nice having one of the best beaches in El Salvador almost all to yourself! Maybe you'll want to try windsurfing, it's a lot of fun!Costa del Sol El Salvador is considered to be one of the best beaches in El Salvador. That is why you will find many top-notch beach resorts like Pacific Paradise and the beautiful beach side Comfort Inn Bahia Dorada. But there are many more excellent beach hotels along Costa Del Sol and there is something for every budget! So as you can imagine, it is one of the most visited beaches by locals and tourists alike especially on weekends and holidays. Costa del Sol is actually composed of 3 beaches: San Marcelino, Los Blancos and Costa del Sol and the Jaltepeque estuary is right there too.
The Jaltepeque estuary is one of the best places to go kayaking. You can rent a kayak or take a guided tour... but let me tell you that this is a really awesome experience. The guide takes you along the mangroves and channels where you can see many migratory birds, and beautiful flora in the area. We also like taking a boat tour around the estuary (we're not much into paddling) but it is just as great and very relaxing as well - this is highly recommended if you get the chance to do it. Early in the evening, you can see the fishermen to go out to sea in San Marcelino and if you stay the night, you can also watch them comeback with the fresh catch the next morning. It’s kind of cool because you know that later that day, you can savor a delicious meal from the day’s catch! Another cool thing is that Costa del Sol El Salvador is very close to the Comalapa International Airport – it’s only about a 25 minute drive! So enough about us, what about you? – what are your favourite beaches in El Salvador? I know I cannot possibly cover all the beautiful Salvadorean beaches, so I’m giving you the opportunity to tell the world why the beaches in El Salvador are the best!
