Lorocos is a vine
by: Vanessa

Lorocos are a vine (like clematis) except they are very delicious and aromatic. When you are cooking them, the fresh aroma can be smelled all over the house!

What you see in the picture is actually lorocos buds, the opened buds give a white small flower that is also edible.

Lorocos go deliciously with pupusas which is the most popular Salvadorean dish, but it is also used in soups, stews, scrambled eggs and others.

Love the textures
by: Anonymous

I love the textures on this picture.

I am not familiar with what Lorocos are. Could you tell about them? Is it an edible plant? Fruit? LOL Seriously I have no clue.
